Christmas

Well Christmas is almost upon us again, visiting my parents last weeekend I saw all the Christmas cards they'd received and looking through them I found ones from parents of people I use to know which always makes me think why haven't I kept contact with all of my childhood friends. For our generation it is far easier to maintain contact with them than for our parents as many people now have access to the Internet for e-mail, instant messaging, etc. Of course the thing you can't do easily from the Internet is make that all difficult initial contact so I guess I'm going to have to hunt out a few numbers and make a few phones calls.

Talk about neglecting my blog, no posts since July and a readership of 1 (hello Liam :-), hmm time I got a little more dedicated. I think it's time to take this blog in a new direction I think I'll make it more personal as well as covering my specialist subject of multimedia. I think the personal side of the blogger can be as interesting as their "area of focus". I'll try and start blogging more regularly over the Christmas and New Year period or at least die trying ;-)
